Our mission is to provide a platform for upcoming creatives through FSMG TV, offer performance opportunities for DJs and creatives via FSMG Events, and manage various urban music, media, and arts projects through our main brand FSMG. We are dedicated to offering ethical management contracts and affordable industry-standard services.

FSMG began in 2023 as an unregistered community movement founded by Kiam Wilkes, also known as Kay Grindz, with the goal of enhancing the quality of services, opportunities, and in music and media for young people and creatives in underrepresented northern communities. Fast forward a few years, and we are now fully established interest company based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.ide Music & Media Group CIC is committed to providing affordable services, consultancy,, projects, and opportunities to those in need, ensuring that urban talent is supported by grassroots music and media organizations in the third sector.
